The purpose of the Easterling Family Genealogical Society, Inc. shall be to gather, receive, act as a repository of and to disseminate genealogical information relative to the members of the Easterling family, or persons whose lineage bears the name within the United States of America, its territories and possessions; to promote fellowship and information between members of the family.

The Society is incorporated in the State of Mississippi, and managed  by a Board of Directors elected from the membership of the Society. The principle office of the Corporation is located at 1124 Pearl Valley Road, Wesson, Copiah County, Mississippi 39191.
